Green Therapy

Growing plants from seed

What green therapy?

Green Therapy is a chance to get outdoors and be a part of something useful and enjoyable. Our small, friendly groups meet weekly or monthly in lovely locations and give you a chance to meet new people where you can help to create and maintain gardens and green spaces for all to enjoy.

We use gardening to help with individual’s personal growth and support them to thrive as gardening is incredibly beneficial for both physical and mental health. The group offers a non-judgemental safe space to meet others whilst doing such positive community work that really does make a difference. Download the leaflet here.

Green Therapy gives you an opportunity to volunteer, give back to the local community and help community spaces thrive. Anyone can join the group and you can apply here.
